DRGO Manifest Newsletter Excerpts
"I never saw a pessimistic general win a battle."
Dwight D. Eisenhower
All of us share the disappointment and pessimism of the results in the last general election. This indeed, would not be so sad and alarming if the ideologies and agendas of the present day Democrats were't so radically different from what has not yet been proven to be the will of the majority of mainstream America. Very disturbing is that Obama's place of birth is still in question and therefore we really may not be governed by a constitutionally qualified president.
Alarming is the democratic process in the U.S. Senatorial race in Minnesota that has taken all these weeks "finding absentee ballots" to reverse the results of the election. There are also some precincts in this recount that have more votes than there are voters in those precincts! Yet these election results have been certified!!! If this election is allowed to stand, the results of future close elections will depend on who has political control of the process. This is why convenience voting, voting early, voting absentee, not having all votes counted and accounted for within 24 hours within the closing of the polls, leads to compromise and a loss of confidence in the process that could eventally lead to anarchy. Without ethics, as already has been shown, technology alone will not improve our lives let alone save us from losing our liberty and our way of life.
Are we going to abandon our common sense message, publicly defending with conviction and resolve, for our American Principles and the defense of limited government, individual liberty and individual responsibility within the cultural founding of our nation? Too long we have been afraid to lose battles that could cost our political opposition enough damage to eventually win this ideological war. The battle history of our American Revolutionary War is a remarkable example. We have an opportunity to send enough precinct delgates to attend the MIGOP County and State Conventions to vote to make this difference. Here is an opportunity for elected delegates to participate to make a difference!
